We will ride as a group out to Mudgeeraba and then an individual effort on the climb before regrouping to ride home. As usual coffee and breakfast afterwards once you have worked up an appetite!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tonight's run session at Main Beach will again focus on building strength on the sand hills. Those that did these sessions regularly last season really noticed a difference in their running and were able to maintain their form for longer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;TRI SUITS&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We now have GCTS tri suits in stock which are $185. The suits will look fantastic at races and supporters will easily be able to spot you out in the crowd. We hope you had a great break and are looking forward to a big 2012.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Things have started off well in 2012 for &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_0" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;GCTS&lt;/span&gt; with our new Try the &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_1" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Tri&lt;/span&gt; course kicking off last week. We have a group of very keen participants looking forward to racing this weekend at Robina and for many their first triathlon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our established members are all working towards some big goals. We have a few trying to qualify for the World Champs in Auckland while for others it is the &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_2" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;QTS&lt;/span&gt; series and &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Mooloolaba&lt;/span&gt;. Additionally there are some training for &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;IM&lt;/span&gt; events including Melbourne and &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Busselton&lt;/span&gt; later in the year.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regardless of the event you're working towards come along to the sessions and we'll be able to help you prepare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;TRAINING&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our squad training sessions will continue to offer specific work based on what you're training for. This is more relevant in the run sessions on Tuesday night on the track at Runaway Bay Super Sports Centre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our Thursday night beach session at Main Beach is a great one for improving strength and getting in a solid hard workout on the sand. These are great session in Summer and if you want to improve your running this one will really help.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The weekend sessions will continue to vary between long rides, transitions and swims. Last Saturday's ride was a great one through &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Coomera&lt;/span&gt; and onto &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Beechmont&lt;/span&gt; while this Saturday morning is a combined session with &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;BTS&lt;/span&gt; at Main Beach.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It will be a combination of ins &amp;amp; outs in the surf, sand hills and beach running. They were quite popular last season when we did them and will be a great session the day before club champs at Robina on Sunday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_9" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;GCTS&lt;/span&gt; tent will be at Robina again this weekend for club champs. The team from Gold Coast Physio will also be there to provide post race massage and physio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;NEW UNIFORMS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our new &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_10" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;GCTS&lt;/span&gt; one piece &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_11" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;tri&lt;/span&gt; suits from &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_12" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Scody&lt;/span&gt; arrive on January 22&lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_13" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;nd&lt;/span&gt;. Britt is physio for the Australian Triathlon Team and is an expert in her field.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cost is $5 for &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_14" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;GSPH&lt;/span&gt; members or $10 for non members.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RACE FUEL, FLUID &amp;amp; HYDRATION ANALYSIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our expert Sports Dietitian Sally &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_15" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Garrad&lt;/span&gt; is offering an extensive race fuel, fluid and hydration analysis to improve performance. This is a great chance to work out exactly what your body requires for racing in terms of fuel and fluids.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This sports nutrition training session is all about finding out what your unique requirements are for maximising your race performance!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The “Race Fuel, Fluid &amp;amp; Hydration Analysis” will be conducted over a 1 hour performance simulation/training session. Prior to the session you will be asked to fill in a brief questionnaire about your current nutrition/hydration practices and you will be asked to replicate your race nutrition practices during the race simulation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hydration status is determined by urinalysis on the day, so you will be asked to bring along your sample.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your sweat rate, nutrition and fluid intake rates, and your sweat electrolyte concentrations will be measured. The latter is done via sweat patch testing – your patches are sent to the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra for analysis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sweat patch testing allows you to see the composition your sweat – determining if you have high, low or ‘interesting’ electrolyte requirements! The last session for the year will be this Friday 23rd with a cycle starting from Koncubine Cafe on Turpin Road in Chirn Park. This will be an aerobic group ride with a loop out to Nerang and back in via Broadbeach. Followed by coffee afterwards at Koncubine.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Our first session for the new year will be on Tuesday 3rd January with lunch squad swimming. Sessions will be as normal from then on.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;MOOLOOLABA TRAINING CAMP&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The New Year also brings us closer to some great races and events; one of which is the Mooloolaba Triathlon in March. We are holding a training camp the weekend following Australia Day which will prepare you for the summer season and races such as Mooloolaba, Kingscliff and Byron Bay. It's a great weekend away and this year we have a couple of options with the first starting on the morning of Thursday 26th with a ride from Brisbane to Mooloolaba and the second option starting the Friday afternoon. In some very hot and humid conditions Sam Beh produced a sub 20 minute run to hold on for 2nd place in the 35-39 age group. We also had Jarrod, Adam and Ian out there racing and we look forward to the arrival of the new tri suits so we can keep track of everyone more easily!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We also had our favourite Brisbane sometimes Gold Coast resident Kristy Bell racing in Canberra this weekend finishing 6th in her age group with a time of 2:23. Kristy showed that all her hard work on the track at Runaway Bay has paid off with a quick run time of 43 minutes. This balances out the week a bit better and we hope to continue this structure into the new year.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tomorrow's morning session starts with cycling at 5:30am meeting at the Main Beach SLSC. The session will be interval focussed and will conclude with the 5km Park Run at 7am. We will now hold the party at Fisho's at the Wharf starting at 4pm on Sunday 11th December. It should be a great way to wind down after racing at Raby Bay in the morning. It was great to see a strong showing by GCTS members on a day with fairly good conditions. Congratulations to Ian, Steve, Wendy, Kristy H, Kristy B and Adam for their races yesterday. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;A few special mentions go to Kristy Bell for her 2&lt;sup&gt;nd&lt;/sup&gt; place in the 20-24 category which continues her strong run in the Gatorade Series after her podium at Raby Bay. Kristy is looking strong for a good performance at Canberra next month in her quest for World Champs selection.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Our local Irishman Ian completed his first triathlon in the weekend. Ian shows signs of great things to come with a sub 4 min/km paced run to finish 15&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; in the tough 25-29 category.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Long time member Wendy Bryan also had a great race that saw her finish 8&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; in her age group. It is great to see Wendy in the top 10 with her hard work in the pool paying off with the 2&lt;sup&gt;nd&lt;/sup&gt; fastest swim time. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Thanks also to Katie and Rob from the team at Gold Coast Sports and Physio Health. GCSPH offer a great service to GCTS members and I personally am a regular visitor to the physio, massage and pilates. IF you are having any niggles or injury concerns or just need those tight muscles released head in to GCSPH. They have clinics at Sanctuary Cove, Runaway Bay and Burleigh Heads. The New Year will then be about working towards being at our peak for the Mooloolaba Triathlon and all other upcoming races. This was particularly difficult for people whose wave didn't start until 9am. Congratulations to Kerri, Steve and Dean who battled through the tough conditions.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Next year's Noosa Triathlon entries open on Tuesday. You will need to get in early to get a spot as they sell out very quickly. Even if you haven't done an Olympic Distance event before Noosa is a great race to aim for as your first one. The atmosphere and buzz from the crowd is unrivalled in Australia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;FREE MONTHS TRAINING&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We are now offering all Gold Coast members the chance to earn a free months training. All you have to do is introduce a new member to the squad and if they pay for a months training fees you will receive a month free.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;STROKE AND STRIDE&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The first Stroke and Stride event is on tonight at the pool starting at 5:45pm. This is a 5 race series over the summer and it will be great to see some squad support at the first race. The warmer temperatures now means we can do some more swimming outdoors which is fantastic to improve your swim performance come race day. The format will be multiple swim/run intervals so wear something you can swim and run in.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;NOOSA TRIATHLON&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The Noosa Triathlon is fast approaching with only 4 weeks to go until the big event. The facilities are great and having the track available allows us to mix up the sessions more. Thursday night run sessions still meet at the same location, in front of the the Southport Pool.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;On Wednesday mornings the cycle sessions will be from the Criterium Track in Runaway Bay. In the lead up towards Noosa we will be working on our power and speed on the bike.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Triathlon Queensland's Aquathlon is on this Sunday at the Broadwater. The event is a 2.5km run / 10km swim / 2.5km run. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;WORLD CHAMPS AUCKLAND 2012&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Squad members looking towards qualifying for the Age Group World Champs in Auckland are now starting to get organised with booking flights and accommodation to qualifying races. It's looking set to be a fast race so fingers crossed for some good conditions. Thankfully the rain eased up overnight on Saturday to allow us to enjoy the sunshine while running down at Burleigh Heads. Let's hope for another sunny weekend next week for the swim/run session at Southport. Mark will be coaching a swim/run session at the pool which will consist of an hour swim set followed by a 30-40 min aerobic run at individual pace. These are great triathlon specific sessions and as the weather warms up we will move out of the pool and into the swimming enclosure at the Broadwater.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cycling on Wednesday will start from Koncubine Coffee Shop on the corner of Musgrave Ave and Turpin Road. We will be heading out for a group ride that will incorporate individual strength efforts along the way.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;NOOSA CAMP&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Noosa Camp is now 3 weeks away and we will need to confirm numbers with the Resort in the next week so make sure you contact suz at info@goldcoasttrisquad.com.au if you are interested in coming along. A five race series the event starts at 5:45pm on Wednesdays with the first event on the 2nd November. The camp will start in Noosa late Friday afternoon with some participants arriving in time for a 4pm run and others coming up for dinner once they have finished work.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Over the weekend you will spend time over the Noosa Triathlon course (including the hill on the bike course!), train across all four disciplines (don't forget transitions) and enjoy training in one of the best locations in the world.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The cost of the camp is $290 for members, $320 non-members which includes 2 nights in 4 1/2 star accommodation, Saturday/Sunday lunch, Saturday night BBQ dinner and drinks/snacks. Cycling on Wednesday morning starts from Caffeine Cafe on Bayview Street in Runaway Bay where we will be heading out for an easy group ride. The speed of the ride will be around 26 km/hr so great for all of you new to cycling. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;TAUPO HALF IRONMAN&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;With the cancellation of the Gold Coast Half IM for 2011 and a lack of appealing long distance races this year in Australia we are looking at travelling over to NZ for the Taupo Half IM in December. The squad from Brisbane will have quite a few heading over so if you're interested in a long distance race this year then consider this one. Both have been training well over the last 5 months and are set to have a great race. Berlinda will be competing in her first Ironman distance event while Kerri will be lining up for her 2nd half Ironman distance.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;TRAINING&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This week will be the last week of intensity on the bike before we start some aerobic group rides. Both competed in the 2km swim on the Saturday and 10km run on the Sunday. Conditions for the swim were fairly rough with a decent swell and extra long course. This led the times to be a lot longer than expected. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;It was a weekend of firsts for both ladies as neither had completed a 2km ocean swim or 10km run event before. Kerri set a great pace to finish the day in 46:28 and Wendy showed what big improvements she has made to finish well under the hour in 58:42.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;TRAINING THIS WEEK&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;On Wednesday morning we will again be leaving from the pool for a speed session at The Spit. This is a great way to freshen up the legs and is ideal for those preparing for the Cairns Challenge Event. The cycle session will start from the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre for the next few weeks with efforts along The Spit tomorrow morning followed by some group rides after Cairns in June.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Thankfully the cold snap seems to be over with temperatures not too bad this morning. In all sessions you heat up pretty fast, it's just getting out of bed that's the hard part! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;BEGINNER SWIM COURSE&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Starting on the 15th May we will be running a 6 week beginner swim course. The sessions will be run in a small group so you can receive plenty of one on one attention. Training consistently will pay off in the long run though so keep thinking about your upcoming goals to encourage you to get along to training.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This week on the bike we have a windtrainer session at the pool. Make sure you bring your running shoes with you as the session will be focusing on running strong on fatigued legs. Saturday sessions is another group ride starting at the Southport SLSC carpark. This week we will be riding the Beechmont loop so be prepared for a few hills! Remember though that all levels are catered for on the ride so come along and join in.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The lunchtime swim sessions are starting to prove quite popular and I'm sure these will be the favourite sessions of the week as we get into winter. At the Robina Triathlon we had Kerri and Brendan making the top 10 in their age group, both coming in 9th spot. Special mention as well to Adam and Anthony, both just outside breaking the 20 minute mark on the run coming in agonisingly close at 20:01 and 20:09 respectively.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We also had Emma down in Cooloongatta for the Australian Swim Series, a 2.5km ocean swim. Emma had a great swim to finish 5th in the 20-29 category in a time of 42:22, a sign of great things to come.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold; "&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;i style="font-weight: bold; "&gt;TRAINING THIS WEEK&lt;/i&gt;&lt;div&gt;Training this week will continue our strength build towards Mooloolaba and other key races. Be sure to keep your eye on the calendar for any updates to training locations while we look for new places and new hills to train on.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This week the sessions will start from the usual spot of the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre with Saturday's session at Lake Hugh Muntz in Robina. This session will focus on quick transitions and involve a swim, bike and run. Great fine tuning for racing Robina on Sunday!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Wednesday's cycle session will be on the road and we will meet at the GCAC and head up to the criterium track at Runaway Bay.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;NEW MEMBERS&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Last week we had both Sean and Brendan attend training sessions and hopefully we will be seeing them both again this week. Wednesday morning's session is a windtrainer session at the pool and we will hold it under the cover on the stairs if it is raining.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This Saturday we have a beach session, meeting at Southport Surf Club at 6:30am. This will be a great session focusing on building strength on the sand hills and ins and outs in the surf. We are hoping some of the squad from Brisbane will come down for the session which will make it a great morning out. Coffee and breakfast afterwards at one of the local cafes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;ROBINA TRIATHLON&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This Sunday is race 4 of the Gatorade Triathlon Series at Robina. Several squad members will be competing this weekend and if you're not going to be out there I'm sure they would love some extra support from the sidelines. As per usual we will have the GCTS squad tent set up with the physio and massage guys from Performance Podiatry and Physio there to sort out any niggles.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;NEW SQUAD MEMBERS&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Now that we are in the new year we have a few new faces at training. This month Emma has joined us after moving up to the Coast from Sydney. We also have Kerri keen to start training and complete her first triathlon. Lunch swim tomorrow will be the first session for 2011 and we are looking forward to seeing everyone back in the pool again. Hopefully you have all enjoyed the break and feel refreshed and ready for training for Mooloolaba, Ironman NZ/Oz and the Cairns Challenge Event.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We have made a few changes to the training schedule for 2011 to add more variety to the program. Firstly the Wednesday morning windtrainer session will now alternate between windtrainer and road cycling each week. This Wednesday's session will be on the road with the meeting point in the carpark of the Southport Pool and we will be heading out for some strength work on the Spit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Saturday sessions have a bit more variety in them this year. The first session on the 8th January will be a cycle/run brick meeting at Doug Jennings Park at The Spit starting at 6am. You will need all your cycle and run gear for this session. We've already had a few people sign up as members which is great. They'll go into the draw to win a $300 &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_3" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Mizuno&lt;/span&gt; running pack which can be collected from the Running Shop at &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_4" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Burleigh&lt;/span&gt; Heads. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Every month until the end of the year we'll be doing this draw so chances are if you become a member you could win. Another prize we'll be giving away before the end of the year is a &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_5" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Zoot&lt;/span&gt; Triathlon bag valued at over $200.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Training wise was a challenge last week with the rain but we still managed to get some good sessions done. With the race season about to kick off this weekend at the Gold Coast Half &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_6" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;IM&lt;/span&gt; the training sessions will be about keeping you in good shape. Also with &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_7" class="blsp-spelling-error"&gt;Noosa&lt;/span&gt; only 4 weeks away it's time to sharpen up so most of the sessions will be interval &lt;span id="SPELLING_ERROR_8" class="blsp-spelling-corrected"&gt;based&lt;/span&gt; type work.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you're planning on coming along to a session refer to the training calendar for start times. Joss and Mark will both be there to kick off the first session. Training in the squad will be focussed on the upcoming tri season and we are hoping to have a few squad members competing at the Noosa Triathlon at the end of October.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Remember that we will be at the Kingscliff Triathlon on the 26th September so come by the tent to say hello and watch the race.
